Non Exportable Private Key

Q: I need to move certificates from one IIS server to another, however it seems that I can not export them with the private key, as it is marked as non exportable.
A: You have to generate new CSRs on new web servers for these certificates and based on new CSRs we will replace your existing certificates, which will still have the same information and start and expiry dates.

Q: I have a problem during instalation of the certificate.
A: During the call established that the private key ahs been corupted and the certificate needs to be replaced. Advised the customer to generate a new CSR and send it to our Production Department and the certificate will be replaced shortly.
